I am a medical doctor and have been living here in the beautiful Alentejo since April 2021. As a doctor, I started in classical pediatrics and adolescent medicine. Then came a time when I lived other talents and needs. I have worked in the industry, in research but also in the marketing of laboratory diagnostics. During this time, however, I have always dealt with medicine and alternative healing methods and have constantly attained continues trainings in these fields. Among others I have completed 2 degrees in Ayurvedic Medicine and have been able to experience long stays in India with Indian Ayurveda masters (vaidya). After my time in industry, I worked in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gemeinschaftskrankenhaus.de\/medizin-therapie-pflege\/fachabteilungen\/kinder-\/jugendmedizin\/uebersicht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">anthroposophical clinic<\/a> as a physician in Germany in the field of pediatrics and adolescent medicine and got to know and appreciated another alternative medical system, that of Anthroposophic Medicine. I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and also have a teacher training in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Restorative_Yoga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Yin Restorative Yoga<\/a>.
