My name is Claudius Nassabi, MD, PhD. I am a medical doctor and have been living here in the beautiful Alentejo since April 2021. As a doctor, I started in classical pediatrics and adolescent medicine. Then came a time when I lived other talents and needs. I have worked in the industry, in research but also in the marketing of laboratory diagnostics. During this time, however, I have always dealt with medicine and alternative healing methods and have constantly attained continues trainings in these fields. Among others I have completed 2 degrees in Ayurvedic Medicine and have been able to experience long stays in India with Indian Ayurveda masters (vaidya). After my time in industry, I worked in an anthroposophical clinic as a physician in Germany in the field of pediatrics and adolescent medicine and got to know and appreciated another alternative medical system, that of Anthroposophic Medicine. I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and also have a teacher training in Yin Restorative Yoga. Today I combine this knowledge and (life-) experience in the context of an Integrative medicine, in which the human being as an unique individual is at the center of my medical, aliviating and healting activities.
